Terms in brief

On Application, we will request a 'holding deposit' of £200.00. This will hold the Property for you until all relevant paperwork has been carried out. The holding deposit will then be transferred to cover administration costs, and therefore is non refundable. If for any reason the Landlord decides not to proceed, the 'holding deposit' will be refunded in full.

Please note that if the Tenancy does not go ahead due to inaccurate information given by the prospective tenant, or the tenant simply decides not to proceed, the monies will be non-refundable.

Unless otherwise indicated the Rent advertised on each Property is exclusive of all utility bills, council tax and telephone. It is the responsibility of the ingoing Tenant to set up accounts and take meter readings for the service Providers.
